Dashboards are great for graphical representations of data, but showing pretty pictures doesn't necessarily prompt you to take action. We create dashboards that involve part history, part eye candy, and part 'what if'. The idea is to quickly glean information that will help you make better decisions.

- Layout. The best practice is to present minimal details, with drill down capability. We always ask for a 'picture' to estimate what you are looking for. It acts to minimize scope creep, and helps give us some ideas about what you are trying to do. We may however, give you some suggestion for optimal data and graphical layouts.

- Portability. Dashboards can either be tethered to live data updates, with options for 'what if', or a snapshot of historical data that can be viewed in any browser.

- Projects. We have a standard process which includes free discovery, and time/cost estimation. Engagement requires 50% retainer, complete access to the data, and an expectation of completion time.
